		<description>dont eat dairy products. and put some rosemary oil/scent on your wrists. it really works for me (countryside, summmer, england . . .)
although there are days when i wake with a headache, am feeling sick withing 3 mins of waking, feel like i have a cold all day, eyes water and nose runs 24/7, and cant concentrate. good job im not in my uni finals year.
