		<description>Saizeriya has decent wine for outrageously cheap prices. I think you can buy wine by the glass there for 90 yen. And you can get a decent bottle for 1800 yen. The lighting sucks, though. And I think I would classify the food as &quot;generally edible&quot; instead of &quot;generally palatable&quot;. Still, it stays open all night and you really can&#039;t beat the prices.</description>
