One gets the impression that Mr. Okano would have liked to deal with obnoxious customers with a flamethrower. (Of course, if he had, he would have become the instant hero of customers_suck.) On a more serious note, I sincerely hope the police have given him a psychiatric assessment. He may have been serious, after all.
