		<description>Reading the Japan Times article, it also states that he considered himself to have been insulted several times by employees. One gets the impression that Mr. Okano would have liked to deal with obnoxious customers with a flamethrower.

(Of course, if he had, he would have become the instant hero of customers_suck.)

On a more serious note, I sincerely hope the police have given him a psychiatric assessment.  He may have been serious, after all.</description>
