毎週水曜日と、給与／賞与支給日。たとえば今日。
よっぽど忙しいプロジェクトに参加している人以外は、だいたい18時半くらいまでには帰ったり、飲みに行ったり。
フロアから人が減っていって、電源の入っているパソコンの数も減ってくると全体的にさむーくなります。
え、この会社だけ? ビルが古くて、設備も古いからかな…
Company’s no-overtime-work-day, today.
Every Wednesday and pay days. For example, today(because of pay day)
Most of employees finish work until 18:30 and get back to home or go to Izakaya with colleagues, except employees who working in very very busy projects.
Then, the temperature of the room goes down as the density of population in the floor declines.
I feel a bit cold now.
Ah, it might be the only case in this building, it is old and air-conditioner is also old-fashioned…
I caught Coldplay at the Budokan in Tokyo this week and it was great. They are always good live and gave an impressive performance, full of energy: Chris Martin was jumping around all over the stage and ran round the Budokan arena at one point.

I have been away (and without Internet access) for the past 10 days in Tochigi Prefecture. While there I heard about Georgia’s Max Coffee. It’s been sold for a long time, but it was the first time I had ever heard people getting excited over can coffee.
Georgia’s Max Coffee is sold only in Chiba, Ibaraki and Tochigi. I never knew that, much to a amusement of my Japanese coworkers (who were buying up big at every chance they got). The coffee is sweet and that’s about it, but it seems to be very popular with people selling it on net auctions and driving from Tokyo to Chiba etc just to buy Max Coffee!!!
Can’t understand why they don’t release it in Tokyo, but the limited area of distribution seems to be working as a marketing ploy!!
What is with the weather? Was reading Lhuga’s post from July 15th and then looking out the window here… What’s going on? It’s pooring with rain and pretty cool outside.
今日は会社を休んでお友達の家を訪問、だけどその前にランチ。
行ったお店は、”居酒屋フランセーズ” 。前から気になってたお店です。
元町にある修廣樹の系列で、野菜料理が食べられる居酒屋みたい。今度、夜も偵察してみよう。
今週のランチ(週代わり1種類)は、写真のガーリックライスに生野菜とグリルした野菜を乗せたもの、パン、鶏の唐揚げ、ザワークラウト、フレンチフライにコーヒーか紅茶がついて1200円。
大変おいしくいただきました。 また行っちゃうー!
This is one of my favorite cafe in Tachikawa. Honey bee is serving yummy waffles. see the picture above. Not only waffles, they have sandwiches, frozen custard, fresh juice and some. always crowded with female customers:)
立川のHoney bee,たまに行くと、カロリー気にせず食べちゃいます。連休中に食べたのは、写真のカスタードプディングワッフル。食べたことはないのですが、サンドイッチやフローズンカスタードもおいしそうです。
