Summer has come. Season of BEER :)

So I went to Green Sheep with my friend.
We drank 4~5 pints (!) and ate fish and chips, which was a special menu . Fish was “wakasagi”(I dont know English name) and Chips was “Burdock”. Not bad.
There is a big screen and a big tv like sports bar. We watched Kameda’s match last night. And that was a bit boring.

“Wakasagi” is Japanese smelt. The Fish and Chips sounds like what my parents used to do when I was a kid. They bought Great Lakes smelt, with the heads, insides, and scales already removed, dipped the fish in beaten eggs, coated them with flour and black pepper, and deep fried them. We’d sometimes cook 20 pounds at a time and invite the neighbors over. Our chips, unfortunately, were just made of plain old potatoes. Burdock chips sound interesting, but the burdock available around here isn’t very good.
