    How do you get that photo to look like an oil painting, that’s quite a nice effect!

    I have never played golf, but if they have a nice view like that, I can understand why people made the effort.

    Massimo: looks like I’m gonna have to watch the film AGAIN just to find out.
    Martin: Thanks; just pot luck with my mobile phone camera I think.
    The scenery is definitely a big part of the attraction of golf for me. It’s so peaceful and the huge open spaces are a real luxury in Japan. For a few moments before you hit the ball, the whole expanse in front of you is yours.
    I only really got into Golf properly here as everyone seems to play it. Far too expensive to play very often though…
