“Eco” magazines in my bookshop

Tonight, I found a number of magazines about organic foods, sustainable development, environmental issues, global warming, and “eco” in my local bookshop.

I had to take photos and make this collage. I am really pleased Japan is embracing this trend to such a degree.

I think it is very important.
I always carry my own bag when I go glosary !!!

My twon has strict systems how to categorise which types of trash. I hope it will go on a much higher extent and people care more about environment !!

Thanks Nightsea_Ageha! It is good to hear that. I appreciate the comment. I wish I could do more to care about the environment here where I live.

I think is the best not that if one only put in one’s best effort to improve the state of our natural habitat is enough? Who is to say that those magazines will not spark a new wave of interest in eco… but sadly we _are_ living in a world of commercialism (primarily driven by consumers = us!), and we are surrounded by choices in dialy life, that have to some degree an effect on the Earth’s eco system. Either make a conscious choice for everything you do, or .. embrace ignorance, it’s just bliss

Thanks Stuz, yes I think those magazines reflect a big trend, many people are doing things for “Eco”. No, i do not agree that “Ignorance is bliss”, that is a wrong idea, based on ignorance… Real bliss, what is it, I don’t know, maybe I will never know, but it is not ignorance.

    The universe is beauty.
